By using gexo.co.uk and buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Who we are

Gexo is a trading name of VOGSE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14441167. Our registered office is at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

Using our site

You can use our site to browse and buy bags. You can't use it to do anything illegal, introduce viruses, hack into our systems, or spam us. We reserve the right to remove anyone breaking these rules.

We might update or change our site anytime. If we take something down, it's our call.

Placing an order

When you add something to your basket and go through checkout, you're making an offer to buy. We'll send you an email confirming we've received your order. At that point, you're not in a contract yet.

We confirm the contract when we dispatch your order (or send you an email saying it's dispatched). That's when you're officially buying from us.

We can refuse or cancel an order, for example if something's out of stock, the price was wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

We try to make sure prices are right, but mistakes happen. If we spot an error in something you've ordered, we'll tell you. You can either go ahead at the correct price or cancel, your choice.

Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photos are meant to show you what you're getting. Measurements are real measurements. Materials are what we say they are.

Slight variations in color can happen because of different screens and lighting, but we try to be honest.

What you can't do

You can't copy our content (text, images, logos, the Gexo name) without permission. It's ours.

You can't impersonate us or make fake reviews. You can't try to break into our site or steal data.

If you break these rules, we'll take action.

Our liability

We're not liable for anything that causes death or injury due to our negligence, that's the law and we follow it. We're not liable for indirect losses (like lost profits or business interruption) from using our site or products.

Our total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for it.

These terms don't affect your rights as a consumer under UK law. Those rights stay with you no matter what we write here.

Events outside our control

If something happens that we can't control, extreme weather, carrier breakdowns, that sort of thing, we're not liable for delays or failures in our obligations.
