Processing your order
We process orders Monday to Friday (we're closed weekends and UK public holidays).
Most orders get processed within 1 to 3 business days. That means we pick, check, and pack your bag, then hand it over to the courier.
Order cut-off time: If you order before 6:00 PM (GMT) on a business day, it starts processing that same day. Order after 6 PM or over the weekend, and it goes into the queue for the next business day.
How long delivery takes
Once your order's with the courier, expect it to arrive in about 7 to 10 business days. Add that to the 1 to 3 days processing, and you're looking at roughly 8 to 13 days total from order to doorstep.
This is a realistic estimate, not a promise. Most orders hit that window. Some are faster, some take a bit longer due to carrier delays or peak periods.
Shipping cost
Free. Every order in the UK ships for free. No minimum spend, no conditions. Just free.
Tracking your bag
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number (where one's available). Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch.

UK delivery partners
We use established carriers like Royal Mail and major courier services. Which one handles your order depends on its size and where it's going. We'll tell you which carrier in your dispatch email.
What if your order is late
If it hasn't turned up within the timeframe we gave you, don't panic, delays happen. But if it's been longer than expected, email support@gexo.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it up with the carrier.
If your address was wrong
Double-check your address before you check out. We can't be responsible if a parcel goes to the wrong place because of an error you made at checkout.
But if you spot a mistake right away, email us immediately. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we might be able to change it.
If your parcel goes missing
If tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it looks like it's disappeared in transit, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier. If it's confirmed lost, we'll replace it or refund you, whichever you prefer.
Public holidays
We don't process orders on UK bank holidays. If you order around those dates, allow a bit of extra time.
Shipping delays
Sometimes things outside our control happen, bad weather, carrier strikes, peak-season backups. We can't control that, but we'll always keep you updated if something's going wrong with your order.
We only ship to the UK
Currently, we deliver within the United Kingdom only. We don't ship internationally yet.
