Who We Are

Gexo is a UK based bags store. We're not a massive corporation, just a small team that wanted to fix something that frustrated us : buying bags online that look completely different in real life.

We started Gexo because we got tired of the same cycle. You see a beautiful bag online, order it with high hopes, it arrives and... it's not quite right. The colour's off, the stitching feels cheap, the zips are flimsy, or it just doesn't fit what you actually needed. And then getting your money back is somehow harder than it should be.

So we built Gexo differently. We source bags we'd actually buy for ourselves. We photograph them honestly, not with professional magic that hides reality, just real photos of real bags. We telll you exactly what you're getting: the dimensions, the materials, how it fits. And if it doesn't work out, we make returns stupid simple.

We're based in London and we run everything from here. When you email us, you're talking to actual people, not a bot. When something goes wrong, we fix it.

What We Stand For

Honest descriptions. We list real dimensions and real materials. If a bag is vegan leather, we tell you. If it's canvas, we say so. We don't hide anything in the small print or hope you won't notice.

Real photos. You get to see the bag the way it actually is. Multiple angles, close-ups of the zips and stitching, so you know what's coming.

Fair prices. We price things fairly. Not cheap, quality costs something. But not ridiculous either.

Proper support. If you need help, you get a real answer, usually within a day. We're here Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM GMT, and we actually answer our emails.

Easy returns. You've got 30 days to change your mind, no questions asked. And if something's wrong when it arrives, we make it right straight away.

What We're Not

We're not trying to be a luxury brand. We're not copying designer bags or pretending to be something we're not. We're just a retailer who cares about picking good bags and treating people fairly.
